The Death Family
Family Gathering...
There were too many chances that the whole wide world could have been destroyed by the forces of Evil. In the aftermath- DARKSPADE, Charon, Brandon and Angel took refuge at an undisclosed Syndicate location; where upon there they project the next steps.... While on the other hand- Angel was taken to a room to recover and to be protected.
The scene materializes with DARKSPADE, Charon and Brandon standing around a large lighted up LED table rendering holographic projections of the city... red markers scattered about across the streets indicated locations where Mortismere's dark followers where gathering resources; while blue markers marked out the location of allies. There was a war mounting- and right underneath the noses of Humanity.... they have no idea what is coming. But it was much more dire than that; for the moon was still transformed into the Final Gate... it was still there... waiting for the the last piece of the puzzle.... Apocalypse was not stopped... only... rendered obstructed.
With emotions pouring and overwhelming- The Unholy One gripped his fist while staring across the table-- he looked at everyone as they looked towards him for guidance... how could anyone let alone prepare for this - to find the words to push forward into the next steps!
DS: I know what all of you are thinking. How could this have happened [Charon interrupts: "Nawh I was thinking more on the lines of kicking their ARSE!"] *Spade raises his right hand* I get it... we have every reason to go after them and attack.... take revenge for what they have done; but if we rush in headstrong I guarantee that we won't get far at all. Our intelligence has gathered enough information to tell us that they are harboring Queen Lilith at Castle Mortis. Yeah... I know... how is this possible- they obviously escaped the attack in Neo-Earth but we must take precautionary steps.... Lilith is.... she's the most powerful Creature that ever existed.
Brandon: And your bloody daughter!! And why are we having to listen to you, mate? You're back to your Unholy Self.... and what on Earth was it that Charon told nme... awh yes... an agreement with Alexander to bring back his lil bro? Mate you got a lot of explaining to do!!
Spade could only sigh... and look the other way... until finally he turned back and faced them all.
DS: Lets not look into that- it means nothing to our cause! Isn't this threat far far worse than what the Arcanes could ever pose?!
**Charon looked at her dad strange** Charon: You're bloody avoiding the bloody question DAD! What was the reason for helping them! Richard almost had us killed.... shit on that.... THEY WERE GOING TO USE ANGEL TO OPEN THE GATES!!!
DS: Urgh. It was... the Absolute title Charon. Don't forget that we are Creature wrestlers-- it's only normal to desire the greatest title that ever was conceived!!
**She was at the breaking point** Charon: So you mean to tell me that it's normal to put the lives of your family members for a silly piece of tin.... RIIGGHHHHHTTTTTTTTTTTTT If this 'threat' wasn't around- I'd pop your chin and break every damn bone in your body!!!
DS: Ohhhh.... Miss Innocent eh?! Like you NEVER put what's best for business in-front of family matters....
Charon walks over and stands face-to-face with her father Charon: Never.
Brandon interferes Brandon: Uh hum..... Can we move on... really?
DS: Yes. Lets.
**Charon turns slowly, never leaving her eyes on Darkspade.... then she speaks** Charon: Well. We need a plan. For the time being we cannot strike and we know that there is something that they need to get the Gate of Apocalypse open. The best place to look for answers would be back at the Manor...
Spade then interrupts
DS: Though I agree... there is still the issue of Mortismere and.... Red Spyder. I want to engage them dire-
Charon flings her hands up into the air! Charon: ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! You just said that we shouldn't be aggressive yet... YOU WANT TO FREAK'N GO AFTER THOSE TWO NUMBSKULLS ALL BY YOURSELF! My gawd you have a big fat ego!
DS: I've had ENOUGH OF THIS!! It's a distraction Charon.... and quite frankly, I know more about Castle Mortis than anybody in this room -- and don't forget that it was I who saved you from the clutches of Mortismere by sacrificing myself! Plus not only that... Red deserves an ass beating.....
Charon: ...because of why? Because of what happened in the Gate of Wickedness or just simply because of what happened on the 10th Year Anniversary show? Christ. REALLY! Stop thinking about yourself!!!
Spade shook his head and had enough... not wasting anymore energy on this.... he simply said
"I WILL Finish what was Started..."
And he disappeared into the darkness, leaving his family to figure things out alone
