The Guardian of Wickedness had very little on his mind after his return to CW other than the two men he'd interrupted in the ring at Inferno Crisis: Darkspade and Gojinn. The last time Red had encountered Spade was at the Temple of Death. They had plans for Spade and his little family. It was only a matter of time before they were able to execute those plans and get the remainder of the Death family out of their way for good.

But then there was Gojinn. Their history was very long and very complicated. They'd once been good friends. They'd even been in a couple factions together. First The Outsiders, then DhE. Somewhere along the way though, things went south between them. At that point, it felt like they'd been enemies longer than they'd been friends. They'd certainly battled each other enough times, easily a lifetime's worth of battles. And yet it seemed like things were about to start up all over again.

Red remembered what happened in Atlantis clearly. It was the last time the two had encountered each other. A battle against each other that turned into them teaming up to survive. But that was only a temporary alliance. They'd both known that. He did have questions for Gojinn. Questions about how he managed to escape, managed to get back to their own time. But no matter what the answers were, he knew it would just lead back to more bloodshed. They had far too many unsolved problems between them to just move on.

Dropping the severed head of the prostitute to the floor, Red stood up from the ancient chair in the room at Castle Mortis. Then opening a portal, he stepped in to go back to the city, having better things to do besides listen to Seer have his perverted sessions with Lusūs.
