Gojinn sat in the mansion…
A storm raged outside, in the middle of the night. He sat up, awake, unable to sleep after the events recently. Someone had tried to kill him, but when he killed them there was nothing there…
Who was trying to do this? And why?
Then it dawned on him, as he headed for the secret basement. He ripped open the door, flipped up the fake piece of wall, and pulled down on the switch. Doors slid back, and then open, as Gojinn chanted a spell, breaking the magical barrier on the rest of the room. He walked in, restoring the spell, and descending into the cavernous area. The stairs circled and circled, until he finally came to a flat land, and looked up to a huge glass tube, darkened in every way, except a small light beaming down.
He travels up to the tube, and stares at the figure inside, trying to guess it’s feelings, to guess what it was thinking. He still did not understand who it was, but they had found one another, and he was in obvious need of help. He could feel his power and knew he would be a good ally to have in the coming battles, but after the display of power he showed last time…who know what limits this creature had.
The figure slowly opened it’s eyes though, and stared at Gojinn, slamming it’s hands on the glass again. Gojinn shot backwards, in a panicked state. He was worried about the splitting visions.
The figure seemed to lighten its hand pressure of the glass, but dug his fingers against it! Gojinn stepped back further, as he could hear its cries of pain inside! It was obviously frightened, but it hadn’t acted that way before. It was obviously not in a normal state…but a more reborn and recovering state, slipping in and out of a few days comas of rest. Gojinn stared hard, as his eyes lit up in the water, and he cried, sinking down to his knees…
Gojinn charges the tube, and places his hands on it, trying to calm him down.
RELAX! I’M NOT GOING TO HURT YOU!
The man was petrified now, and Gojinn could do nothing but watch, as it slammed, and kicked, and bashed the glass, trying to break it. Gojinn had enchanted that as well however, keeping it locked down and secure, unbreakable for the time being.
He turned his back on the figure, and started up the stairs. Obviously he couldn’t do anything until he was back to his full strength. He lowered his head, upset, knowing he couldn’t do anything for now. The figure hollered some more in pain, and then went silent finally, as Gojinn exited the cavernous basement and headed back into the mansion. The rest of the household was asleep, at least for now. He wanted to be quiet, and began tip toeing through….
He knew something was wrong.
And there was something wrong.
A robed man darted by a doorway, and Gojinn caught him in his eyesight, quickly diving into the living room, dodging a ninja star. He swept up his Desert Eagle Magnum, and put it in the back of his pants, grabbing his masamune sword, the blade scraping along the rug barely. The blade was about 4 or 5 feet long, and he replaced it on the wall in its sheath, making sure they wouldn’t grab it. He swept up a small ninja blade, which was nearly a foot and a half.
Grinning he raced and leapt into the main entryway, cutting one of them across the chest. The robe fell to pieces, as he turned, and swept the blade upwards cutting down another one. Blades and blow darts fell to the ground, as one leapt over the upstairs railing. He let down his wings, and pushed down, using the force to catapult himself into the air, and head butt it so hard, it caved in his chest, making the robe fall and the figure to dissipate into thin air. He hovered in midair, as another one came for him. He grinned, and simply dropped, crouching down Spider-Man style, as a new robe slashed an unusually curved blade at his throat, but with the King crouched, it passed right over his hair.
He let out a sigh, and dropped his blade, grabbing his assassin’s blade, and pushing it the same was as the momentum took it, and pulled him in, kneeing him in the gut, and then the face. As he stood straight up, Gojinn harnessed a powerful telekinetic blast, and placed his hands around the head of the assassin, literally compressing his skull, shoving blood, brain, and shattered bone into the body, which again dissipated.
A sick laugh echoed faintly in the air, as one last assassin came flying downward from the top of the stairs! Gojinn turned, seeing him, and furious with this home invasion, his eyes turned blood red! He stared so hard at the figure his telekinetic energies bound the man in air, freezing him there. Gojinn beat his wings, flying up to the point in the air where he was, and stared hard, before tilting his head. The muscles on his body tensed, and his veins bulged, as the robed man was imploded! There was nothing left save a robe that had been pulled inward on itself!
Gojinn landed, and spread his wings as far as possible, and stretched his arms out. He closed his eyes, and lifted his head, concentrating hard enough to levitate the robes in the air, and spin them around him, setting them ablaze, letting the movement catch the clothes on fire more, and slowly adding oxygen. Within seconds the lights display vanished without any evidence of it having ever happened. He swept up the weapons, opened a portal, and tossed them through to where ever he’d opened the portal to.
He sighed, and headed back upstairs. Whoever wanted him killed, wanted the man in the cavern. They wouldn’t get him without Gojinn though…no. They would never get him…
