Richard Arcane was very intrigue with the idea. His brother did offer titles for Hardcore but it was usually watered down. But Richard had something interesting to say.

Richard Arcane: I got to say you drive a hard bargain Hellraiser! I want to bring back the hardcore division as a trademark for your federation. So... but before we go further letme explain the 3 titles and a new system called Title Influence.

Hellraiser rubbed his chin thinking of the possibilities

Richard Arcane: Remember when we had the Hardcore Tag Team Titles? Hellraiser nodded with a grin Well the 3 titles can change depending on the wrestler's style and or the organization! Get this, if ECF held the Undisputed title... the title changes to the ECF Undisputed Hardcore Creature Wrestling title! Or the tag titles is held by a cruiserweight.... the Titles change into the Cruiserweight Tag-Team titles!

Hellraiser: WOW! That is amazing! I see where you headed with this. But I still like my idea too. Hmmmm...

Richard Arcane: But ECF has done so much for us. A lot of Hardcore legends even exist in our Hall of Fame... you cannot forget about that division. It has set a standard for the CWE as well. If the ECF has an exclusive title then CWE has to have a title... get my drift? X-Treme Hardcore title could be a non-influence title. It's always Hardcore no matter who's holding it but we need something more for the division.... I am thinking of matches that could end careers-risky.. but figure of speech of course. **Richard laughes**
