Don't Expect To Know the End...[Closed]

Yeah……yeah he’s hurt…….uh huh……..I don’t know yet……..If I knew who it was I’d be preparing………..what can I………..I understand…………tonight?.............Understood.

Click.

She closed the cell phone, and peered out into the rest of the mansion. The coast was clear. She slipped the cell phone into the cushion of the unused couch, and pressed the call button, quickly suffocating the rest of it with a pillow. It was perfect.

She picked up her pace and headed back upstairs with a mug of blood for Gojinn, grinning. He hated drinking blood this way- and she knew it’s piss him off royally. “The asshole shot me….I’m just getting back at him…”

She passed down the hallway, past Kevin’s room, and right into the Master Bedroom. Gojinn lay in bed, bandaged and in pain. She sat lightly on the edge of the bed, brushing a strand of hair from his forehead to wake him.

He opened his weary eyes to a small amount of light. He squinted until he realized it was her. She ran her hand down his cheek, and helped him sit up slowly, placing the edge of the mug on his lips, tilting it back so it flowed into his mouth.

He drank it willingly, knowing he would need it, and slightly disappointing Allyson.

She laid him back down. He would need his rest.

How’re you feeling?

Like a fucking truck blew up and shot me a hundred yards for a field goal. How ‘bout you?

Haven’t lost your shitty sense of humor though, have you?

Guess not.

He coughed, and then smiled, keeping his eyes closed now. James had been checking the monitors placed at his bedside, and walked away with a reassuring smile. He’d be okay soon. “Hopefully not too soon…” She thought to herself. She had her orders; orders she was instructed to follow; orders she had to follow, or forfeit her life.

She ran her hand up his arm, and then stood off the bed, leaving him to rest. It was sunset, which gave her two hours. She walked down the hallway and headed down both stairs to the open marble floor, which chilled her feet every time she stepped down onto it. She sighed and walked into the kitchen, rinsing the mug in it, and then leaving it to really be watched, as she passed on through to the dining room, and back into the living room.

She walked through the back of the living room and into the “sitting room” which Gojinn one day planned to turn into a game room of some sort. She grabbed her cell phone out from the unused couch, and noticed the call she had made ended, and a text message had come in. She checked it. It read simply: On our way.

She closed the phone, and spiked it on the floor. It was game time.

Gojinn opened his eyes slowly. He’d slipped back to sleep after feeding…or drinking…well whatever- in any case, he had been out cold, and looked around the dark room. Faint amounts of light helped him see an outline of objects until his eyes kicked in for real, setting the room ablaze almost. He slowly sat up, feeling mildly stronger than last time.

He swung his feet out over the floor, and set them down. His chest ached. His heart felt like it was gone, and his head was spinning. He wasn’t well at all.

He opened the bedroom door and saw something he’d thought he’d never see: Kevin slumped against a wall… a single sai stuck in his chest. A pool of blood had formed around his body, and a streak of it was down the wall. He hadn’t even woken up to help him. A 17 year old kid… dead. What the hell had happened!? He crouched down next to the boy, and felt for a pulse… Nothing. He was gone. He fell back himself and sat against the opposite wall, staring with such a sorrow… he couldn’t describe it.

Why the hell had this happened?! Who did it?! He turned down the hall, and saw a foot hanging from a door! No!

He ran down the hall, and slid on the rug, falling flat on his side. He felt weaker than ever now. There was James… lying face down on the floor.

Gojinn flipped him.

No blood. James was alive. He was just unconscious. Gojinn slapped him, trying to wake him up, with only a groan as a response. Whatever did this got him good.

He jumped up, but suddenly felt that wave of weakness hit him, and he began stumbling down the hall, this time passing Kevin. A dead kid…

Why wasn’t he surprised?

Originally… he felt the shock, but now looking down at him, he really didn’t seem to care. Had his heart completely faded from existence? Was he that cold? No- something was happening. He slowly turned, and looked down at the front door over the railing. There, the doors had been smashed in, and a few bodies lay there, covered in blood and cuts.

Allyson had fought those men off. He slowly turned now to look at the stairs beside him, and noticed a barrage of men rushing up the second staircase for him. He was in no shape to fight… or so he thought.

In a reflex move, his arm waved at them, and a wave of telekinetic energy slapped them like a whip, shooting them down onto the landing for the staircase. Gojinn slowly padded down the carpeted stairs, and gritted his teeth. How dare these men enter his home?! Why had they come here?!

And then he noticed Allyson being carried away, a needle sticking from the back of her neck.

The scientists!!!

He screamed, and every muscle in his body contracted, unleashing a telekinetic shock wave. The men in the room who had been caught in it were literally lifted off of their feet, and squeezed into nothingness. They faded from existence… and left no trail… nothing to prove they had ever even there…

Of course… Gojinn had inadvertently opened a portal at the same instant, forcing himself and the ones who had been far enough away to be sucked through.

He turned, breathing heavily, to see four men, two of which were still carrying Allyson, trying to escape. Gojinn suddenly realized where they were: the ocean side cliff. He had often driven past this very area to get to the city. Just below them is where the two lane road was. The men had nowhere to run.

Gojinn extended his right arm, as his massive masamune blade materialized in his palm, and his magnum appeared in his other. His eyes had gone pure black, and he stopped breathing entirely now. His powers had fluctuated beyond his control now- and his black wings released themselves from their prison within his skin. They beat in the air, spraying blood and flesh from themselves. Gojinn simply stared at the four men, as they pulled their automatic weapons, and dropped Allyson, firing on him instantly.

Gojinn sighed, as hundred of holes were riddled in his body.

Each hole healed instantaneously…

The men screamed in absolute panic, but had nowhere to run. Gojinn had given the other men a gracious goodbye by simply crushing them into nothingness. What he was about to do to these men was beyond anything he had ever done…

Warmth. Allyson slowly opened her eyes, and found her hands bound tightly behind her, and her feet just the same way. She tried to move but couldn’t, and she shifted, noticing she was somewhere grassy, with a steep drop-off on most sides. A cliff…

Her eyes began scanning quickly, and then her ears caught the sound of wings, and she turned, seeing him… Gojinn had appeared before her now, and landed ever so slowly… as if he truly were an angel.

He smiled at her, and knelt down. She smiled back.

Hi.

Hey..

He had come for her.

How are you feeling?

Like a team of men stormed the house to kill us all…

Ah… good to see you haven’t lost the ability to lie without freaking out. I mean, how long has it really been? Since you met me…. Or after that? Really- I’m curious to know how long you’ve been fucking with me…and no I don’t mean literally.

She was floored…

WHAT?!

I’m not stupid. You’ve completely lied to me since we met. What else could I expect though, right? I shouldn’t have just trusted a woman off the street.

Since we met..

So you’ve just been lieing to me since we met?! You fucked me all this time, to what?! Turn me over for experimentation!? Didn’t we try that twice and get nearly killed both times?!

They betrayed ME the second time.. and then called back. They said this time I had to stop Kevin and James and turn us both in or every one died.

So you killed Kevin and knocked out James?

I…

Gojinn sat back now, looking at the sunrise. Blood and tissue lay everywhere. He had taken a dive into the ocean to clean off thankfully, and flew around for a while to dry off. Allyson was spattered somewhat.

Well- I guess its okay.

Wha… what?!

Well- neither of you really exists right?

What?! WAIT!

Kevin doesn’t exist. It came to me when I saw him dead.

You see, looking at him should have made me cry- but it didn’t. I always thought he seemed so great. I always liked the fact he had the same name as me- and he was parentless like I was. I never once drew the conclusion he was me.

Wait!

And I never really realized that you were just in my mind either. Just another way to complicate my life. You overcomplicate it, and then fix it sometimes. When we fought and you ran off with the other two- you fixed it. You helped me realize who I was, and kept me alone.

This time you did the same thing. In trying to complicate it, and harden my life, you simply killed off the part of me I kept along since I was 13. You killed off the last bit of heart I really had left… or may possibly have left. You rid it from me. You solved a problem, and for that I thank you.

GOJINN!

Now though… I think it best we part ways. This is goodbye.

Gojinn no!! You don’t understand!!

He stood up, and grabbed her by the throat, lifting her up into the air. He feet kicked somewhat, but the tape made it nearly impossible to move. He beat his wings at the ground, and slowly levitated over the road below, and then the ocean. He flew out far… and then pulled her close, using telekinesis to hold her, rather than choking her. He put his forehead to hers, as she cried, knowing she couldn’t fight him now.

Please…Gojinn…

Goodbye.

His eyes turned blood red, as he stared into the ocean below, and slowly created a tornado of water, that rose up, spraying it’s contents everywhere. Where it had come from, it left a massive crater, leaving the couple to see pure wet ground. Gojinn concentrated further, waving his hands at it, making a deeper hole. He turned to Allyson…

With one final kiss…

He cast her into the abyss.

She fell for what seemed like forever, and then slammed into the ground, which all too quickly sealed itself back over with soil and ocean water. Gojinn just stared for a while, and then found himself back at home… staring up at the front of the mansion…

He didn’t know what to do now. Usually he would walk in and check in on Kevin, say hello to Allyson, talk with James for a while, and then wander…

Now he only had James.

He walked into the mansion, seeing James, struggling down the stairs, trying to hold himself up on the wall. Gojinn limped in, and caught him as he fell for the marble floor. He fell himself, and held James, quickly lying him down. Probably just a concussion. Why was James even hurt? If Allyson didn’t exist he shouldn’t be hurt…right?

He let it go for now. He just said one thing to James…

I’ve got you old man……… I’ve got you………..

[[[OOC: Twisted ending music huh?? ;) Told you you had no idea what was coming. ]]]
