Not giving up
It was days till the grand opening of MADCWE event! and Richard Arcane was quite possibly the most anxious in one of the CW Headquarters- this time situated in New York- just blocks from the CW WorldWide Arena. Richard was riding his executive elevator to the top floors of the CW Building- adjusting his tie- and trying to hold his nerves. As CW Chairman he had a lot of responsibilities but he knew that the CWE's legacy will not be flicked off like a lightswitch.
At first, Richard thought of moving on to one of his family's oil companies and retire in luxury... but the CWE created the business we enjoy today and it deserves to exist. Even though his brother created monopoly as a world plan to capture the Undisputed Creature Wrestling Championship for himself-- the fate of his brother was sealed by the hands of the creatures.
Then what else? The CWE and ECF where powerful organizations that gave us events and matches that defined creature wrestling. ::ding::
The elevator stopped at the topmost floor... the doors open, and Richard steps out to be bombarded with paparazzi left and right!!! The halls of the CWE Hall of Fame illuminated from grandeur as he Chairman passed the camera men and women!! He jolted into his office and quickly closed the doors.
Richard turned around and leaned against the doors- huffing and puffing from the escape! Richard then stood upright and looked around the office. It was once his brother's office... and now it is Richards.
Quickly the young Chairman placed his briefcase ontop of his new desk and opened it wide open. Inside where papers of new contracts made for the new roster. The CW's approach was to create a new roster.... and Richard knows it will be hard work to create it. But the way the CWE ended actually gave him a drive and a purpose. A spark that burned deep inside of his consciousness that he is not going to give up. Even if the CW will never be as huge as his brother's organization- it didn't matter to Richard. The only person that could stop the CW was God himself and Richard wasn't going to listen to the narrow minded critics. This is now Richard's wrestling circuit. Hellraiser is the ECF DP and soon the CWE will also recieve a DP. The foundations are being set and that's what scares a lot of people. That the CW is not only back but had the right to be back.
Perhaps it was pride, self-determination or the simple fact alone that CW's existance was the just thing todo. Richard looked up to the ceiling and then to each corners of his office! Easing around the desk he passed his chair and looked out to the city from his balcony's window.
"This is for you."
