In the bedroom, Darkspade was sitting on his bed's edge. His shaking hands covered his nervous head... Spade lifted his head up and looked at a mirror that was leaning beside a wall close by. Even though he knew that the image was him... it felt unfamilar. Mortismere's attack was expected but not even Spade fully realized the seriousness of the situation at hand..... a sick and horrific plot has been in the workings since the begining. Of every single chapter that Spade has been through.... from the death of his first wife to the destruction of Queen Lilith and the Crystals. It felt now... more than ever that those chapters where preludes to the present. What did this all mean? Spade played back the encounter of Mortismere in his mind again and again.... then, that name came up... Serin Death. Spade's heart suddenly ached and then he realized something. That those bizarre mindplays from Gojinn might have not been fake after all. Could it be true that there was another Death family member out there somewhere?

It was overwhelming. Charon Death was his only option. Spade was greatful for the help she gave to him in the technology... but the simple fact alone that he was bound by the Unholy Darkness makes Spade both powerful and weak. It didn't matter how hard he tried to resist.... day by day... night by night he was losing the battle and becoming more and more Mortismere's slave. Spade Deathen rose to his feet, nearly falling back over with the exhaustion. Motioning over towards his nightstand- he opens a secret drawer and takes out an aged black and white photograph. It was Julie. Then it happened instantely! the flashbacks of the rest of that god forsaken night!

The room was torn apart! Curtains where flapping against the open balcony doors!!! Spade panics and runs forward.... seeing Julie standing on the balcony ledge but she wasn't alone!

Spade: ?!? JULIE!!!

??: She cannot hear you.

::Dashing with anger::
Spade: WHAT have you done to her!!! Let her go at once!!

??: Hurr... I'll let go of her alright Spade Death. But before we commit to the most cardinal of sins you will meet with me at the abandoned abbey.......

::The young man's feet then cement to the ground as a great weight held them there!!!::
Spade: NNNNNNNNNNNNNNNOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!

The cardinal of all sins........ yes. Spade Death screamed. The tall figure turned around, his hair was ablaze in a red curtain of resolution. Suddenly, Spade's body glowed wildy... his hair changed and his eyes widened. The darkness was devouring Spade Death's very soul!!!!

Errie sounds played off in Spade's mind:

Spade: Wwhhaa.a......ww wwa.a.a.a.aa. aaaiiisisisiisi ahahahahaapapappeneenennemnenee.a.a.a.as.aammhaaaahaahh!wwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

The flashback ended as the Dark Sincentius took a step forward towards the figure and Julie

Spade was on the floor in his bedroom in a fetal position... shaking like a leaf. The picture of his wife was crumbled up in his hand and soaken with his blood. Spade opened his eyes.... they where blood red. The darkness was boiling in his body... like a disease. These memories where blocked because from that moment when he ascended... it was not him that saw the trajedy. What happened that night was the beginning... but Spade blacked out before he could remember what happened next.
