Angel shivered. She cussed, she wasn't embarrased by her nakedness but she also knew that this would quite possibly send Darkspade over the edge of reason, it could cause him to make mistakes and she felt that the situation was her fault. If she hadn't been so inexperienced she'd have known Drkside was looking for an excuse to kidnap her and use her as a bargaining chip.

She had plenty of time to think. She was wholly unsure as to why everyone was gunning for the entire Death family, she knew that her mother had prepared her as best she possibly could and had protected her from a lot of things as a child but now Angel was on her own. She worried that she wouldn't be as tough as Charon or Kizmat, she knew she was physically stronger than Charon but she couldn't be sure if she could be as mentally tough.

She'd seen the physical scars Charon carried as a result of the abuse she suffered at the hands of Mortismere, she'd also seen how Charon dealt with the mental scars. She was also aware of how guilty Darkspade felt about the whole situation even if he had never verbally said so and she knew video's of her capture would be edited to look as bad as possible to really push Spade into a mental state he may never have been before.

Her mind began to drift as she slumped against the wall in the darkness.
