Fein stormed into the laboratory, he stopped the nearest scientist by slamming the joyeuse across the mans chest.

"You better have some good news for me."

The scientist blinked a couple of times and then looked up at Fein.

"I'm sorry what was the question?"

Fein hissed dangerously.

"Why is the Evangelion freezing on me?"

The sceintist stood and stared into space for a few moments as though he were downloading the relevant information from somewhere.

"Ah yes. The glitch appears to be a random firing of residual memories within the Evangelions organic brain. We did advise you to wipe it before the project was started but you vetoed that particular advice sir."

Fein stared over to the corner of the laboratory where they had Charon immersed in some sort of thick, gelatinous gel and attached to all sorts of wires and tubes. As he watched though he noticed the twitching in her fingers. He pointed with the joyeuse.

"Why are the projects fingers twitching in that manner?"

All the scientists in the lab turned to look now and they began to gather around the tank, others began running programs on their computer consoles. The panic really began when Charon began to have some sort of seizure albeit slightly slowed by the thick liquid. Her eyes never opened but it was like her whole body had been electrocuted. Fein frowned, he watched as the seizure stopped as quickly as it had started. He rounded on the nearest scientist.

"How long has this been happening?"

He had a suspicion that he was about to get an answer he wasn't going to like.

"Since the projects beginning but the seizures had completely stopped until recently. The problem is caused by some sort of glitch within some of the nanobots, we think its the program itself causing a freeze or seizure."

Fein stared at the tank.

"Run the purge program, wipe the memory clean and expose her fully into the limelight. Do you understand?"

The scientists stood there for a couple of seconds before responding.

"I highly advise that you reduce the dosage of limelight, her organic body parts will not withstand much more exposure."

Fein glared at the man.

"Do as I instruct or you will be the next experiment regarding the effects of limelight on organic body parts are we clear?"

The scientist nodded and scuttled away. Fein smiled as he watched the eerie limelight fill the tank.
