Charon said nothing. She held Crimson close and stroked her hair as Moebius, Brandon, Angel and Spade looked at one another trying to figure out what was going on. Spade seemed to recover much more quickly than Charon and after an hours worth of tests he'd pulled all the wires and tubes, dressed and had already made his way downstairs where he was currently pacing back and forth. He spoke in hushed tones with Moebius while Brandon kept a close eye on Charon, Crimson and Angel.

None of them had been able to get Charon to speak and she remained uncharacteristically silent. Brandon spoke quietly with Angel, while Crimson, who was still sobbing, remained curled up close to her mother. Harkin had disappeared downstairs somewhere and Brandon grinned as he heard a smash and several expletives from Spade. He watched closely as Charon pulled Crimson closer to her.

Charon was struggling to comprehend the power that had been generated within Neo Earth, her mind whirled wildly trying to figure out why and how she'd managed to reach right into the Unholy Darkness, in fact, in her shadow state, she'd harnessed every aspect of every energy in existence at that given time. Brandon and Angel were distracted by a huge commotion downstairs, they went to the head of the stairs. Harkin had smashed a huge jar of jellybeans all over the hallway floor. Angel shook her head in disbelief and seconds too late Brandon heard the soft popping noise as Charon disappeared int the shadows with Crimson. He swore loudly.
