CreatureWrestling is fast approaching it's 17th year on the internet!!!! That's incredible... each year it is incredible!

With life ever changing, it is obvious that the game changes as well. There are many moments where the game reacts to the situation at hand with the needs of the audience. That is why our game-model has worked so well for the past 3 years ever since we've focused just on stories and little on actual matches. Catering towards an idea that we extend our storytelling over an elapsed period of time.

Though with life changes- sometimes that constitutes to closure of the e-fed down whenever players are unable to play. Luckily we've only had to do it for an finite time. There is no way of knowing what the future may hold- but so far we've proven time in and time out that we stand the tests of time.

With that all said, I am not shy with being upfront about when things need to be changed. Heck, I've been with the game since it's birth and man I faced challenges in so many forms and dealt with 3 theoretical "closures." But what I have learned from this is that the game never really "closes"... we take breaks and if the need arises to continue the game, then so be it... the game will be there for us.

The last saga carried onto 3 great years... the project was the most successful of any project I've been a part of and it was accomplished by the talented efforts of Red Spyder, Sheri and myself. I am very grateful and lucky to guide and assist in the main storyline of the e-fed and closed up plots that were left open.

Though, we could argue that the next era could be the last one- it would be very nice to see us achieve 20 years!! but that's going to take a lot of work and commitment.... of which I know we can accomplish.

So at this point, I would like to announce that in preparation for the up and coming era is that the E-Fed's operations in terms of matches and main storyline development will pause for at least one month starting in July- we will resume no later than late August/Early September.

The e-fed will continue to be open as always and to have fun on.... I may also post as other characters myself that are light-weight in story writing..... like my parody characters: Chane and Gunther.

Aside from the break- this can allow me to also prepare the e-fed technically for adapting to whatever is to occur in the future. As you can see with the board adjustments- the board is progressively being re-structured with functionalities that we did not have before. The ultimate plan is not just preparing the game to stand the tests of time technologically but to also make the game adaptive to player expectations and trends.

One such ultimate plan is to provide a 'diary' section where you can post content quite like a wiki and your profile section- but something which could be added too over time without the need to commit so much to posting constantly.

Then another project on my mind is to bring back theundertaker.net as a place to post about wrestling.

There is still a lot to do. And whatever the future may take us- I welcome it with open arms!
