Charon awoke suddenly, she wasn't sure why to start with until she looked over to the bars and Crimson was standing there staring at her. Charon sat up and looked carefully at her, her own nanobots were already streaming information to her, she knew why she was still alive and she smiled. Crimson tilted her head and smiled back.

Charon struggled to her feet, went over to the bars and kneeled in front of Crimson. She took her hand in her own and smiled at her again.

"Whatever happens, always remember that none of this is your fault, no matter what people try to tell you, do you understand?"

Crimson was about to answer but then stood stock still and shivered momentarily. She now stared at Charon curiously.

"What did you just do to me?"

Charon felt Crimson pull her hand away.

"Its for your own protection, if you see Harkin I want you to do the same for him, do you understand?"

New information streamed up a secondary window in Charon's mind, it confirmed the question she asked of Crimson. Crimson now seemed very confused.

"No...yes...what have you done? What is 00011?"

Charon smiled.

"You are 00011 and you need to make Harkin 00100, do you understand?"

Crimson shook her head in the negative but answered in the positive, her binary stream was connected to Charon's now and the nanobots were working overtime. They had their instructions and they would carry them out. Crimson screamed and ran down the corridor. Charon grinned to herself, lets see exactly what Fein and the Queen of the weirdo's would say about that then.
