Charon blinked several times and with a huge effort of will whe closed Crimson from her mind. She picked up a chair and slammed it hard into Kizmats head over and over again. Eventually when the chair was in pieces she stood over him, she could feel Crimson trying to get back into her head but she wouldn't allow it. This kindred had ruined everything, had tried to destroy her children, the world and worst of all their relationship. The one thing that had kept her on an even keel, had kept her sane through everything that had happened and he'd tossed it aside like it meant nothing to him.

Well, now he was going to pay for all of it.

She pulled a small dagger from the side of her boot, old habits died hard, she stabbed him over and over. She was careful, she didn't want to kill him, she just wanted to make sure he felt some serious pain for once in his life. She dragged the knife through his skin and made some of the cuts so close to one another it would make it difficult for a surgeon to sew it all back together very easily. She avoided his vital organs, that would be way too easy but she made sure she got some good big veins that caused blood to squirt quite impressively.

Then she pinned him.
