The Dark Sincentius
Tainted by The Unholy Darkness
??: Long have I been entombed. Ironic. Now awoken by a descendant of he who imprisoned me with the same artifact. MWWHAHAAAAAAA!!!!! You FOOL! The Unholy Darkness will overcome you- I can sense the conflict inside of you. Come at me. Come at me with everything you have.... for I am the Beginning and the End. I am Eternity. I. AM. Lord Mortismere. Bow Down and PRRAYYYYYYYYYYYY FOR YOUR SOUL!!!!!
Sincentius, the Holy Light Priest, stood his ground righteously against the Demon Lord who challenged him at the opposite end of the Dark Temple. Without saying a word- Sincentius rose the Staff of Altimac and a magnificant light exploded forth from it's tip which catapulted Mortismere from where he stand and he went straight through a couple of large pillars behind him. Walking forward with purpose did Sincentius... but then, Mortismere rises from the ruble and sends forth an ominous dark power radiating from the belt which was wrapped around his twisted waist.....
Sincentius immediately raised the staff and a wall of light surrounded him- shielding him- from the Unholy Darkness.... Mortismere, however, did not let down! and he pushed forward towards Sincentius. The pressure from the Unholy Darkness beat against Sincentius' shield and it was weakening! Mortismere smiled devilishly at Sincentius- who- was now down on one knee seemingly being overwhelmed by the power of the Unholy Darkness.
MM: You. You know why you are unable to stop me? [Sincentius raises his hands in disbelief] It is because. You. ARE UNPURE!!!! Mwwhaaaaaaaa!!!! YOU HAD NO CHANCE AGAINST ME!!
Sincentius: Unpure? That's hypocritical to one who is bathed by the Holy Light you fiend!!!! I'LL SHOW YOU WHAT PURITY CAN DO TO A WRETCHED CREATURE AS YOURSELF!
The Holy Priest stands up- and THRUSTS THE STAFF FORWARD WITH ALL OF HIS MIGHT!!!! Mortismere growled and the Unholy Darkness was pushed so far back that Mortismere's title was burning RED HOT from the pressure!!! It was at that time that Mortismere stripped the title from his waist and flung it off to the side from the intense heat.... which then, caused Mortismere to fall down to his knees as the Holy Light radiating from Sincentius' being illuminated the darkness.... it had seemed that good triumphed over evil.
Sincentius walked over to Mortis and pointed the staff at his fallen foe. Sincentius: It's over. Mortismere, the false Dark god of the Black order, you shall be punished for your crimes against humanity and creaturekind...
MM: Mwwhaaaaaaaa!!! WWAAAAHHMMAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!! Rich. You've fallen for it Sincentius. As I always knew you would.
Sincentius: What craziness is this?...
MM: When your Holy Light and the Unholy Darkness collided... can you not feel it? The lust for more power within you is even more dangerous than even I. I sensed your NEED... your OBSESSION... and I can help you achieve your rightful place as the Master of Mages.
Sincentius was perplexed and shocked.... Sincentius: You. You speak of the prophecy... don't patronize me you SICK DEMON!!!!
The view slowly shifts around the two in a circle as Mortismere unveils what he knows....
MM: You have me defeated... there is nothing that I can do to harm you or this world. But you know of the prophecy and the ONE to achieve mastery over the trinity powers shall become the ONE to usher the Earth into a new age after the Apocalypse. You already know it... you can FEEL it. You have touched the Unholy Darkness once before in your dreams... it your deepest darkest desires.... that is why you were able to defeat me... YOUR ANGER POWERED YOU!!!!
The Holy Light Priest backed off and thought about this.... Sincentius: ....
Mortismere stands up and carefully takes a concealed sacrificial knife from his back and sliced his palm... black smouldering blood dripped to the ground.... MM: Awaken the power within you! MASTER the Unholy Darkness and then and only then shall you rise up and guide the world into a perfect realm of righteousness... Mwwhaaaaaa....
That was when everything changed. These faded, long forgotten memories of eons passed shows Sincentius devouring Mortismere's blood.... Sincentius' eyes turned to darkness as so did his corrupted soul. Sincentius touched the Unholy Darkness thus becoming The Dark Sincentius from that moment onward... he indeed commanded the Holy Light and Unholy Darkness but he was not complete. No. Instead. Dark Sincentius went mad... corrupted! and out of control.....
The Dark Sincentius was known for his purgery of BOTH Creatures of the Night AND Humans. Called the Dark Rider amongst many other names- including the Devil incarnate- the tainted Priest would wreak havoc across the world leaving thousands dead.... this was the rise and fall of a man who... gave his soul to the devil
