Others? Was it possible that Alexander knew? About the cyborg? About the masked man? The masked man especially. But that was outside of CW. Sure, the masked man had known of Deadblood's match, had mentioned the two titles he now held, but at that moment, it meant nothing about anything that occurred inside that ring.
"Darkspade won't be a problem. I'll deal with him just as I dealt with Kizmat and just as I'll deal with anyone else who dares to challenge me for either of these championships," Deadblood said. After a moment of silence between the two of them, he then added, "As for rumors, I don't know what you've heard, but your investments are just fine. No need to worry, about these championships or me."
Alexander stared at Deadblood, knowing that Deadblood was leaving things out. All that power and the further power that could be gained by them working together and yet everything still wasn't out in the open.
"Are you sure about that?" Alexander then asked. Letting Deadblood think on that briefly, he continued with, "What about that... incident in the parking garage? Someone left it a big mess, not long after you left the arena."
Shaking his head, Deadblood answered with, "That was nothing more than a minor inconvenience. An inconvenience we handled."
"We?" Alexander asked curiously.
"Yeah, Sheri and I," Deadblood answered. "We handled it. No need to be concerned."
Alexander didn't say anything in response. He seemed to be thinking over all that Deadblood had just told him.
"So, the stock value rose 200% you said?" Deadblood finally asked. "I guess now we know what's best for business around here."
