She watched Jones. Binary flowed constantly in her minds eye, then the stream was split by a secondary stream feeding the hidden nanobots. The audio was saved and forwarded to hundreds of different IP addresses until it was sent to a specific address within the CW to arrive as an e-mail. She now looked at Chane.

"Chane McMahon and the Right Reverend Jones. How may Evangelion assist you?"

Jones held up the syringe.

"You have already given your assistance Evangelion."

Evangelion paused and looked at them both. She smiled.

"Fein and my Queen do not know you are here do they?"

Chane backed away toward the door slightly, he had noted the term 'my Queen' very quickly and he didn't like it much. Jones merely smiled.

"I'm sure your Queen won't mind me borrowing a syringe full of your very unique blood."

Somewhere within Evangelion, Charon was getting pretty frigging annoyed, she hated this bloke, she sort of knew who he was and now he was nicking her blood. The word 'again' popped into her consciousness. She now questioned the nanobots.

"What do you mean again?"

A stream of lightning fast binary flowed and then stopped. She deciphered it.

"They're related? Why doesn't that surprise me."

More binary, more information and then images from a memory taken from her own mind and preserved by the nanobots. She watched it carefully numerous times and smiled.

Jones was watching Evangelion closely, she appeared to be thinking something over and then she smiled back, a very human emotion, something he'd never seen Evangelions do before.

"You have tripped a silent alarm, I suggest you leave before Fein arrives and has to disturb my Queen. You do not want to see what she does to unauthorised personnel."

Chane who was already edgy, already had the lab door open and almost shouted at Jones.

"Come on!! You have what you wanted!"

Jones seemed mesmerized by Evangelion.

"Do you retain anything of Charon Death in there other than her organic body?"

Evangelion tilted her head.

"Charon Death is dead, there is only Evangelion. The flesh bag guards are coming, they do not value your lives as you do. I suggest you start running before Evangelion is ordered to destroy you."

Jones stood up, something about this Evangelion bothered him but he couldn't work out exactly what it was.

"The Lord protects the righteous and so I will be protected."

Evangelion tilted her head to one side.

"God is a human creation, designed to take the guilt from decisions they made in the past and I beleive in the human bible it says that the Lord helps those who help themselves. Perhaps he should be the patron saint of theives?"

Jones was riled by the dismissal of his faith and was about to argue when Chane grabbed him by the arm. Armed guards were already storming up to Evangelions room and they fled. Guards piled into Evangelions room, she pointed them in the right direction and then smiled inwardly, it was time to do some research.
