Darkspade struggled against his bonds, his mind raced as he stared defiantly up at Evangelion.

"Whatever you want, I won't tell you, you demented fucking crazy bitch!"

Evangelion stared at him as though he were the crazy one and smiled. Smiled? Spade's mind found that it couldn't focus on the thought for more than a few seconds before it raced off in numerous other directions.

"It isn't what I want, it is what you need."

Spade pulled against the restraints again, almost bursting a blood vessel in his desperation to get away from the heat of the burning barn.

"You crazy bitch! You have me tied to a chair in the middle of a fucking burning barn! Why can't you make an appointment like every other normal person in the fucking world!!!!"

Evangelion tilted its head. Spade recognised the gesture, it made him stop his struggling and sit back in the chair.

"Charon? Is Charon still in there?"

Evangelion smiled again and then leaned forwards so close that Darkspade could almost feel the limelight invading his DNA.

"Listen carefully, I don't have a lot of time, it is most important that you remember this later when you need to, do you understand?"

Darkspade didn't but he wasn't going to waste time telling her he hadn't got a fucking clue what she was blethering on about. He could feel the heat beginning to burn his face and he wanted out of here.

"Yes, yes....just get on with it...its fucking hot in here and how am I going to explain getting sun burnt when I only go out at night?!!!"

Evangelion could hear the slightly child like whine and grinned.

"Firstly, I have charged Gunthers mullet with what you need. Second, you will need the password Jellybean. Third, the missing seconds of tape are important, the http address can be pulled from it......"

After awhile the instructions seemed to keep coming in a blur, Spade was sure he'd heard her say 785 and he'd begun to think he would never get out of the burning barn. He passed out. Evangelion swore but he didn't know this.

"Too many instructions, I knew his brain would flake out, continue the download with an instruction to auto load when required."

She paused.

"Come on we don't have much more time."

Binary scrolled up in her minds eye at lightning speed and then she disconnected from the phoneline.

Spade woke up just as he hit the floor in his bedroom, he was bathed in sweat and felt like he'd run a marathon. He checked out his hands, they were fine. He looked at himself in the mirror, no scorch marks, no signs of being hit. He stood and stared at his own reflection for quite some time, then the word Jellybean hit him like it had been punched in through the back of his head and he took a sharp breath and steadied himself.
