Deadblood did indeed wish to know what the plates of the Absolute Undisputed Championship were made of. He wished to know before he carried out his job because afterward, he wouldn't likely be able to find out the exact details.

Sipping more of his champagne, Deadblood glanced out the window at the city below. All those people walking around on the sidewalks and all of those businesses employing most of those people, yet there on the top floor of the CW Headquarters, Deadblood felt like he had control and power over all of them. That title belt gave him that control and power. Who would dare to tell him 'no' or defy anything he said?

Alexander continuing to not answer the question, Deadblood then said, "You know, you might not want to fully explain to be the details behind this championship, but the way I see it, not telling me only hinders you in the end."

"How so?" Alexander asked.

"Because without knowing, I may not be able to . . . fully represent the championship or this company."

The company cane to mind too, but their concern wasn't over the title belt. Sheri had made that quite clear the night she had paid him a visit. The night he'd won. Of course, Deadblood had already known that. The fact that the company sent someone else to make sure that he carried out the job though raised a lot of questions in his own mind. Questions that he felt he had the right to ask after the company's obvious distrust of him.
