Sincentius immediately began to calmly stroll across the yard, closer to the children. At first, the Figure looked around at the new surroundings in confusion. Running to catch up to Sincentius, they then walked alongside each other.
"You said the family hoped they'd live a normal life. That looks pretty normal to me," the Figure said, pointing at the three brothers.
"If normal is still the impression you get from these moments of the past, we've still got a long way to go," Sincentius said with a sigh.
Before the Figure could become offended and question what Sincentius meant by that, they turned their attention back to the brothers who were now yelling, not among themselves but at someone. At Eddie. Eddie, who was in the woods while the other three were on the lawn and he appeared to be their sole reason for being so far from the manor in the forbidden area.
Requiring no prompt from Sincentius, the Figure crept closer to the boys to see exactly what they were doing. For some reason, Eddie seemed as unwilling to step out of the woods as the brothers were to enter.
It was still unclear to the Figure what they were up to and he continued getting closer, trying to hear the boys' now lowered voices. Lowered no doubt to avoid attracting unwanted attention from the adults in the manor.
