Ascension to Destruction

Mortismere peels himself off from the pavement floor after the 650 Phoenix splash and notices that Harvey was out cold and Chane was now standing in the middle of the ring with a smug face. Within mere moments an icy cold wind blows from all entrances into the arena and then meets at the center of the massive towering Kindred Soul Cage!!!

A birds eye view slowly circling the cage is now seen and you can view what was happening... an updraft fulled by the power of the Unholy Darkness now circled the entire cage!!! Mortismere raised his hands upward and he levitated slowly.... the Lord got about 10 feet off from the ground when Harvey stood up and looked up to see the Undisputed Champ rising- Harvey had to act fast... he climbed the side of the mesh wall as fast as he could... Mortismere lowered his head and looked down to his right to see that Harvey was now in hot pursuit!

Reaching deep within his own ethereal essence- Mortismere attempted to rise quicker but his body couldn't handle it... then finally, Harvey was within reach.... HE LEAPED OFF FROM THE CAGE AND GRABBED A HOLD OF MORTIS' ANKLE AND HELD ON FOR DEAR LIFE!!! The fans witnessed these two wrestlers in mid-air half-way up the cage!!! If they fell then then it would be over.... Mortismere was shaking his foot in order to make Harvey fall but the updraft coming from the Unholy Dark wind kept pushing them upward... finally as they rose higher and higher and higher Mortismere manages to snatch a hold of Harvey's wrist and swing him off of him but they instead crash landed onto the roof of the first chamber that they dueled in!!!

Micheal Cole: This is simply.... amazing! Never have I seen this in the many glorious years documenting this amazing sport. They are so far up in the air that in just a few more feet they would be outside of this arena situated literately in HELL itself!!! Now the question is, can they reach the lower chamber and take a hold of the greatest prize that this sport has to offer???

Everything changed at that point!!!! The two men circled each other while on top of the cage until they locked horns- Mortismere knees Harvey in his mid-section and in the small break up- he head butts Harvey and whips him around his torso with a fall-away-slam!!! the entire mesh roofing rattled.... and Branden favored his back as he bounced off... Mortismere, with only his right eye available, grins sadistically at Branden- he raises his right hand off and an pulsating deathly ray of Unholy Darkness formulated in his hand but instead he aims it a little to the right of Harvey and

BLASTS A HOLE STRAIGHT THROUGH THE ROOFING!!!

Mortismere runs for it and skids across the mesh and into the hole- but Branden manages to grab a hold of Mortismere's hand and hold on tightly.... suddenly, the entire Kindred Cage tilted again and moved around in a counter-clockwise fashion...

Branden could hardly hold on. Mortis reaches upward and snatches a hold of Branden's arm and tugs on it! this forced the hole to widen and suddenly, in a dramatic fall the two wrestlers fell inside of the first chamber and landed hard on to the octagon wresting ring.... In this chamber contained the long metal wire attached from its roof to the lowest chamber far far far to the last chamber which held the Undisputed Belt. What could happen next could......
