There was no real thought process going on in Eva's mind, its sole intention was to hurt Spade, there was no directive to win and that was something that had been overlooked but Eva wasn't bothered, in fact, she was quite happy to wander around after him and dish out pain.

Actually, there were two thoughts sloshing around in Eva's mind, the other seemed random and confused. It got up, the random thought idlly wondered why they were following Spade around the executive building, the other thought was focussed on hurting him and the random thought decided that this would be okay.

Eva picked itself up and shrugged off the weights like they were nothing more than a slight hindrance. It stopped and calculated Spades potential routes to the roof, it then smashed its way through walls and doors before coming to a stop on the executive floor. Eva listened carefully and could hear Spade pounding through a set of doors only two corridors away.

Eva simply ignored things like walls and electricals, in face, Eva used an electrical cable to wrap round Spades throat and throttle him as he was about to run past. He made a weird gurgling noise which caught the attention of the random thought.

It recognised the serious distress of the noise, it suddenly seemed to connect a few things together, as though a couple of switches had been thrown into the on position.

Outwardly, Eva seemed to pause, then start, then pause again. Its grip on the cable loosened, then tightened again and it seemed as though some sort of glitch had taken hold of it...
