There was several seconds where everyone was stood stock still and then everyone seemed to move at the same time but it was Brandon who was outside the ring who got a hold of the gun first. He had no qualms about pulling the trigger, everyone bar Markus ducked but the shot zipped past Markus' left ear, he grinned as Brandon swore.

"FUCK! I don't know how to even aim one of these fucking things mate!"

He looked apologetically at Darkspade.

"I wasn't even aiming for 'im, I was aiming for 'er!"

He pointed at Charon, the gun went off again, this time the blast hit the turnbuckle behind her. She dived at Brandon over the top rope taking him out with a cross body. The gun skittered across the floor causing another mad scramble to grab it, this time it was Stefan who grabbed it. He turned and pointed it at all of them, a small smile passed across his face.

"I don't say much but this match has been most interesting, my motivations are probably very different to all of yours. I don't beleive in relgion or souls or any of the things that certain people have used as an excuse to set up this match and kidnap an innocent child."

He turned slightly so that the gun pointed at Markus.

"I don't beleive you have any true allegiance to anyone but yourself in the grand scheme of things."

He then pointed the gun between Markus, Charon and Darkspade.

"As for you Darkspade, I think you'd like to be whole again but I don't think you beleive it to be truly achievable and Charon I think you spend a lot of time trying to protect the people you love without even thinking through the consequences."

Without warning Stefan turned and shot a blast at Brandon, missing him by inches, Spade shoved him, grabbed the gun momentarily before Charon made a clumsy grab and the gun flew and slid under the ring apron. Markus was already underneath the ring before the others could get near it. Charon dived under after him with reckless abandon, the others could hear a scrap going on under there and they all stepped back when a streak of crimsonlight shot up through the centre of the ring. Stefan was under the ring in a nano-second. Both Charon and Markus had a grip on the gun, Stefan grabbed Charons nailgun from the small of her back and shot Markus through the right eye with it. He screeched but let go and both Charon and Stefan rolled out from under the ring.

As they did, Charon rolled right into Darkspades legs. She stood up but there was a confusing moment when all of them made a grab for the gun apart from Markus and it went off. They all stood stock still as they realised it had hit one of them.....
