Gojinn watched the stage, waiting for the arrival of his opponent, of CW's double champion. Both men had a lot of history between each other and there was no doubt that the dislike they had for one another would reach a boiling point that night.

The lights then finally dimmed and began red and white lights flashed, accompanied by the champion's music.


Deadblood then stepped out onto the stage, Sheri by his side as expected, black mask on, katana strapped to his back. He received a very mixed reaction. The crowd knew that both men would thoroughly entertain them in the show's main event, but at the same time, they would love to see King Gojinn walk away with both titles in his first match since returning to CW.

Making their way down the ramp, fireworks going off behind them, Deadblood and Sheri kept their eyes locked on Gojinn, not trusting him. Of course, there would be one difference in that match compared to all the others Deadblood and Gojinn had in the past: the title belts and the mysterious power they seemed to channel in their holder. They had aided Deadblood in his match with Kizmat and he hoped they would prove to be useful again, because Deadblood had no doubt that Gojinn would be giving the match his all. Deadblood would come out on top though. Nothing was going to get in his way of retaining the Absolute Undisputed Championship and the Undisputed Mortal Wrestling Championship.

Stopping just outside of the ring, Deadblood removed his katana, still keeping his eyes on Gojinn, and handed the weapon off to Sheri, who then moved to stand near the commentary tables as Deadblood climbed in the ring and stood in a corner, his mask hiding any reaction he might have had on his face regarding Gojinn and Vertigo match.

King: "I think someone needs to send Sheri to the back! Remember what happened when Deadblood fought Kizmat?"

Cole: "I do remember, but I don't think anyone is concerned with her being out here at the moment, including Gojinn!"

JBL: "Would you two stop? Sheri did nothing to interfere in that match with Kizmat and I wouldn't expect her to do anything here either except watch!"
