The arena was pulsing with energy!! Fans couldn't wait for the bell! The referee stepped between them as the ring announcer, legendary Lillian Garcia, stepped to the center of the ring...


Lillian Garcia: "Ladies and gentlemen this is the Main Event, Vertigo Match and it is for the Absolute Undisputed and Undisputed Mortal Championships!"


The crowd screams in a frenzy, drawing ever nearer to the steel structure being introduced to the ring. Ever closer to the start of the match. Another second ticking off their countdown...


"Introducing first, the challenger! A former multi-time, multi-title champion -- weighing in at two-hundred and twenty five pounds -- he is the King... GOOOOOOOOOJJJJJJJJIIIIIIIINNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!!!!!"


The audience explodes!!! the signs shoot up everywhere as the chants and clapping begin! Gojinn takes no notice, nor does he react to anything. He has instead stood upright in his corner, eyes locked with Deadblood in an intense stare down. His fists remain tight balls of fury as the Champion looks to Lillian...


"And now, introducing your Champion!! Weighing in at two hundred and ten pounds, he is the Absolute AND Mortal Undisputed Champion of CW... DDDEEEEEEAAAAAADDDDBBBBLLLLOOOOOOOOOOOODDD!!!!!!!!"


Again, a portion of the crowd is chanting, clapping and cheering for their double Undisputed Champion. Some boo and create counter chants, but the audience is clearly enjoying the level of excitement! The referee remains in between the men as they step slightly away from the ropes, watching as the steel cage lowers above them, the four platforms hanging ominously above them, structurally unsafe and certainly dangerous. Attached were four ladders at the center, creating a standing platform up top.


Just hanging a few feet above THAT...


Were both championship titles.


Gojinn looked at Deadblood and grinned. "I'm actually glad I didn't kill you before this." He laughed. Deadblood gritted his teeth, narrowing his eyes as he responded, "...Why?" Gojinn slowly composed himself, cracking his knuckles loudly. "Because now, I get to take my titles home. Now, I get to be on top with no effort. Now...


I get to kill you in front of the world legally." He smirked, as he backed away from the referee who had just asked them to shake hands and show some competitive respect and class. Gojinn and Deadblood had no respect. They had mutual hate.


The lights dimmed as Lillian had exited during their brief interaction. The cage lowered with it's ominous music. The steel frame and fencing rattled about as the structure slowly closed in around them and was fastened to the ring. The referee and techs pushed and pulled on the beast to make sure it was attached properly and then removed themselves form the equation as the lights returned to normal now...


The bell rang...


Gojinn stepped right in immediately, reaching for Deadblood's throat. The Champion countered quickly, sweeping the legs of the King and dropping him to the mat. Gojinn lies helpless for a second, as DB springs to his feet and then into the air, driving a massive elbow down into the chest of his enemy. Gojinn thrashes about, the wind driven from his lungs. Deadblood springs up quickly again, dropping down with yet another elbow atop Gojinn! The champion is starting out firing on all cylinders! He leaps again and drops another, the crowd fired up just as much as he is as he springs to his feet and screams with an adrenaline burst!!


He quickly lifts Gojinn up by his head, Irish Whipping him towards the ropes. Gojinn ran against his will, his body ricocheting off the ropes towards Deadblood, who was cruising towards Gojinn now!! DB jumps up and thrusts both feet forward, dropkicking Gojinn right in the chest again, sending him crashing to the mat, head over heels! DB lands hard on his back and rolls over, ignoring the pain as he shoots back up. He knows he has to keep on Gojinn if he's gonna have any shot tonight.


With Gojinn down, Deadblood closes in and drops a stiff knee across the back of the King's skull! He cries out as he rolls away, clutching his head as DB continues to prowl, lifting and pushing Gojinn up onto his feet in the corner....
