With Gojinn in the corner, Deadblood took a step back before lighting up Gojinn's chest with a knife edge chop that could be heard even through the cheers of the crowd!!! He then delivered several more chops, leaving red marks across Gojinn's chest!!!! Backing away, almost to the opposite corner, Deadblood followed up by charging at Gojinn, intending to hit him with a spear, but Gojinn stepped out of the way at the last second, causing Deadblood to instead ram his shoulder into the steel turnbuckle post!!!!!!!

King: "Deadblood took too much time after those viscous chops!"

Cole: "He did and just like that, King Gojinn has managed to turn the match in his favor!

JBL: "I would think that after last time, you two would have learned to not doubt Deadblood's in-ring ability!"

Gojinn started to pull Deadblood back from the turnbuckle, only to send his shoulder crashing into the post again, seemingly with even more force than before!!!! Looking down at the double champion as he fell into a seated position against the turnbuckle, grabbing at his shoulder in pain, Gojinn then planted his feet into Deadblood's face with a front dropkick!!!!!!!!

King: "You were saying, John? Gojinn has Deadblood under his complete control now!"

JBL: "I'm telling you, Jerry, this match is FAR from over!"

Cole: "Well, you might be right, John, but for now, it seems that Gojinn does indeed have control of this match!"

Gojinn clearly realized that fact himself and that was when he set his sights on Sheri, who was still standing near the commentary table, watching the match closely.

Moving closer to her, almost to the edge of the ring, Gojinn shouted, "You stupid bitch! Do you really think you can do anything to save this match for him? You might as well go sit backstage to watch! Maybe after I win, I'll let you have my autograph!"

Sheri just stared right back at Gojinn, not even remotely phased by his comments. But then, she smirked at him and he quickly learned why because that was when Deadblood came up behind Gojinn, knocking him off of his feet with a kick to the back of his left knee!!!!! Gojinn grabbed at his knee while he was down on the mat and Deadblood was determined to cause some more pain for his knee when he applied a figure four leg lock!!!!!!!!!

King: "Stupid Deadblood! Doesn't he know he can't win this match with a submission?!"

JBL: "It's called 'strategy', Jerry! Pay attention and you might learn something about that from the champion!"

Cole: "I hate to say it, but I agree with John here! If Deadblood causes enough damage to that knee, Gojinn might not be able to climb up to the platforms or the titles!"

Gojinn screamed in pain and tried to reverse the hold before grabbing at the bottom rope, but of course, there was no rope break!!! When Deadblood felt that he'd cause sufficient damage, he released the hold, the crowd booing now, worried that Deadblood had basically just ended the match early.

"I was always better than you!" Deadblood shouted down at Gojinn.

Moving away from Gojinn, Deadblood began climbing up the wall of the cage to the platforms, taking his time. But that was when Gojinn dragged himself up with the ring ropes and, shaking his injured leg, rather quickly moved towards where Deadblood was climbing!!!! Deadblood noticed this and, not wanting to take any chances of Gojinn perhaps causing him to fall off the cage to the ring below, he leapt off, intending to take Gojinn down with a jumping high kick!!!!!! But Gojinn saw it coming and managed to grab Deadblood by the foot before using his own momentum to throw him into the wall of the cage, Deadblood falling to the mat in a heap as the crowd cheered again!!!!!!!!!!!!
