Charon squatted down facing him, checking on his condition, she noted that he was already quite a mess from slamming face first into the mesh. Out of character she reached out and helped Eagle up to his feet, brushing down his "little" superhero costume, he did look sort of cute in a weird "underpants outside your clothes" way.
As he stood there swaying, she executed a huge, arcing axe kick to the top of his head forcing him to buckle at the knee's and struggling to maintain consciousness. She squatted down in front of him again, this time noting the unfocused look in his eyes. She reached back and swung at the side of his head with a backfist, at the very last moment he blocked it and swung at her left knee with his right hand. She came down heavily and again they were even and eye to eye. They glared at each other.
Charon went for a headbutt, Eagle dived out of the way and rolled to the side of the ring, pulling himself upright using the ropes. Charon recovered quickly and ran at him launching a flying sidekick which hit nothing but ringpost, this time she injured her ankle. She cursed as she collapsed in a heap on the mat. Eagle was quick to capitalise, he sprung off the top rope executing a moonsault but despite being in some discomfort, Charon rolled and Eagle tasted canvas once again. She was close enough to kick him in the head before getting to her feet, limping only slightly. Eagle also recovered and rolled to his feet, again they were eye to eye.....
