X kicks out but it's not Harvey who grabs him and peels him off the floor, Mortismere, drooling at the chops of his large purple fruit loop demon head and body, literally has X above his head and throws him like he weighs no more than a child's rag doll. X hits the wall of the pit and slides down to the floor, his head bleeding heavily and slow to react as Mortismere follows him in with a huge boot to the chest. X, gasping for breath, aimed a desperate blow to Mortismeres family jewels, it connected and Mortis backed off slightly. A grin spread across Mortismeres face, however it didn't stay there too long as Black welted him over the head with a table leg, god only knows where it had come from!

X struggled unsteadily to his feet, he was swaying all over the shop and had to have one hand on the side of the pit to be sure he was in an upright position. Mortismere had gained control of the table leg and was aiming blows at Black who somehow managed to dodge them all, Harvey who was annoyed with Mortis for ruining his chance at pinning X, now went after Mortis himself. He now had the table leg and hit Mortis with it but Mortis turned, grabbed Harvey round the neck, picked him up and tossed him across the pit just like he had with X.

Black went for a baseball slide to Mortis ankles as he advanced on X, it stopped him if only for long enough to stamp on Blacks ankles and shins, Black rolled away in pain and could do nothing to stop Mortis chokeslamming the disorientated X into the floor of the pit. Mortis went for the cover and grinned as he listened to the referee count the all important three. He pulled X up and flung him right out of the pit just to be on the safe side before he turned his attention back to Harvey and Black......
