Story #1
~ Prologue ~
Over a year ago.... Charon, Darkspade and Brandon ventured into Neo-Earth to rescue Crimson from Queen Lilith. Through trials and tribulations- our heroes finally located Crimson and disembarked... however, the nanobots which powered Charon and allowed her direct access into the virtual mind of the Queen- formed an apparition of the late Markus inside of the sick and perverted virtual universe of Lilith.
Markus was there to seek revenge on his so-called mother... whom was never his true biological mother. Alas- even Markus could not surpass the control of Lilith even in the afterlife... and she re-programmed Markus' mind to be obedient to the Queen of the Damned.
But it was to be too late... too late for Lilith as Charon escaped the virtual universe and regrouped with her party to escape Neo-Earth. Along with the rescued Crimson by their side-- Brandon initiated the self-destruct sequence protocol and Lilith's Hive was set to auto-destruct!
However, all escape routes were blocked....and it had seemed that our heroes would die alongside the Queen and her tyrannical reign.... But a miracle happened.... for a power prophesied by the Death Family Chronicles... the power of the arclight emerged between Darkspade and Charon- causing a rift in fabric of realities.
Our Heroes Escaped Unharmed.
........Though, not at a price.
In the final moments, Markus released his inner dormant powers and saved the slumbering physical body of Queen Lilith alongside F'ein Dacor by doing the unthinkable and unimaginable.... he not only cut a hole through the fabric of realities- but Markus managed to transport the slumbering Lilith to our reality without causing Neo-Earth to collapse since Neo-Earth exists only inside of Lilith's dreamlike state.
Only rumors amongst the Creatures of the Night told the army of darkness being gathered in preparation of Lilith's awake.... but she never awoke. Meantime, our heroes sought to end the diabolical Mortismere.... and through a cleaver and tricky turn of events.... Charon killed Darkspade to only resurrect him as his completed form. Now together, Charon and Spade Deathen confronted Mortismere and the archlight eventually engulfed all three in a brilliant light....never... to... be....seen again.
Or so.... we are left to believe.
A whole year later since Charon, Spade Deathen and Mortismere evaporated out of existence- The scene opens up with a view of Death Family Estate... the manor doors and windows are all bordered up, furniture covered and imprints on the walls for where paintings once hung are seen.
