Even though Charon was struggling to breathe, she still found the time to roll her eyes before, firstly, gouging Dylious hard in both eyes with her thumbs making him loosen his grip and secondly, and probably more importantly producing a nail gun seemingly from thin air and shooting Mortis right in the forehead. Dylious still had a hold round her throat but it was soon rectified by firing a few well aimed nails into his crotch. In Charons eyes, it didn't matter whether you were human or demon or some other creature, getting nail gunned in the crotch kind of smarted -a lot!

Mortis wasnt going to give in quite so easily though and despite the nail now sticking out from the middle of his forehead he made a grab for her, leering as he did it. She ducked underneath his outstretched arm, aiming a hard single knuckle punch to the ribs ands following it up with a couple more nails. Mortis turned to pursue her but she stood her ground and wagged her finger at him.

"Don't even think about it! You're deluded if you think I desire the title of Dark Queen, you're even more stupid than I thought if you don't take my powers seriously. I suggest you take your new man toy and make cosy with him before I feel the need to make you both look like you just escaped an explosion in a hardware factory."

She wiped the slimy residue from her cheek and wiped it down her trouser leg.

"And don't ever lick my face again or I'll rip your fucking face off and replace it with Britney Spears.........or maybe a tele tubby, I'm not sure what would look worse? Pigtails, definitely......"

Despite the tense situation, Charon realised she'd strayed off topic again when she saw Mortismeres face....
