Even Charon stopped for a second, this was slightly unexpected but then she smiled as she remembered the dream she'd had a couple of nights previously.  Her brain went into overload as it whirred through several different scenarios which might work.  Kizmat wouldn't go so far as allowing her to marry Mortis since she was already married to Kizmat anyway....her mind flicked through several ideas all at once while everyone else was standing around wondering what the hell to do.

While she was trying to work out how to get off the symbol and worm her way into Mortises affections, the lights all dropped out, Charon swore - loudly.

"Fuck it!  How the hell...."

She didn't get a chance to finish the sentence as fire seemed to explode everywhere followed by blood raining from the ceiling of the arena.  Charon rolled her eyes, that meant Kizmat had seen what was happening then.  She knew the volume of everything was about to increase, especially if it involved excessive use of huge ass fonts.

She'd already freed her hands as Kizmat began opening a large can of whoop ass up on the little ant size people far below her.  She couldn't see very clearly what was going on but she soon felt it as someone began messing with the operation of the symbol.  It slipped sideways, she grabbed onto where her hands had been cuffed, she had to get her feet free or she could end up falling headfirst into a squishy mess.  The symbol swung violently in the opposite direction as she freed her right foot, she hung dangerously off the symbol by one hand and one foot which was still attached by an ankle cuff.  She swore as the symbol now dropped suddenly, almost jerking her off it completely.

"I really could do without this shit...."

The symbol now began to spin as she freed her left foot.  She was now really only talking to herself but she always found it helped.

"If i'm sick I swear to god I'm gonna kill whoever set this thing swinging and spinning and...."

The conversation continued along these lines as she fought to concentrate on hanging desperately on for dear life.....
