Charon stared at Mortis and grinned then sighed. She put her hands on her hips and tilted her head in a characteristically stubborn way, her eye seemed to be boring its way to Mortys very core.

“Blah, blah, blah, blah, god do you know how boring you are? If I have to listen to this ridiculous speech again about giving myself to the dark and shit, I might just puke.”

Charon shifted just slightly before continuing but she continued to watch Mortis’ every move and so did the nanobots. She was just about to continue when a message flashed up on the inside of her black eye in binary. She paused to read it.

“What?”

Morty looked round to see if she was talking to someone else but there was no one else there, he looked at her as though she was finally slipping into lunacy.

“I didn’t say anything.” He was getting impatient with all this.

Charon looked at him suddenly and shook her head.

“I wasn’t talking to you.”

She was busy reading the message…

Morty looked around again hoping in some sense to see someone she was talking to.

“What the hell are you on woman?”

Charon ignored him.

“Who the hell are you?”

Morty looked at her incredulously.

“Are you mad? You know who the hell I am!!”

Charon’s black eye looked at him again.

“Shut the fuck up you purple cross dressing demi demon weirdo will ya? Stop yapping I’m trying to concentrate!”

The next message sprang up…

Charon shrugged and then gave her full attention to a very confused Mortismere.

“Right where did I get to before I was so rudely interrupted? Yeah puking, you repeat yourself so often you ought to get yourself a fucking parrot mate, now stop your yapping and get to the point ie the championship belt sat out there waiting for me!”

Morty growled in anger but Charon was so used to it by now she rolled her eyes and then kicked Morty so hard in the stomach he staggered dangerously close to the ring edge. He held onto the ropes as his life depended on it and watched as Charon stalked him.
