The nanobots and the cybernetic programming took over...

Charon's arm shot upwards and poked Morty hard in the eye, he automatically pulled his hands up to his face now exposing his groin which Charon grabbed for, she found what she was looking, it took awhile, it wasn't very big in relation to Morty's bulk and then twisted hard. Morty made a sound that resembled a cat being skinned alive with a blunt knife, he'd suddenly forgotten all about his bad eye as he rolled off the top of Charon. Charon still had a hold on him though and he was becoming seriously short of breath due to the pain.

She finally let go but only when her arm was on the verge of being bent so far in the wrong direction it was in danger of breaking. Morty had rolled to the centre of the ring and Charon had sat up suddenly, she was slowly beginning to make sense of what was happening and for the time being allowed the program and the nanobots to continue their own onslaught on Morty.
