Charon eventually got free of Kizmat by elbowing him so hard in the face she broke his nose, Kizmat cussed but Charon stopped short of rushing Seer because the Eva's had Crimson tightly by the arms. She looked round desperately trying to think of some way to get to Seer without the Eva's snapping Crimson in half like a twig. That was when Kizmat smashed her hard in the head with a chair and she went down like a brick. She could no longer see properly.

The referee had rolled out of the way of all the chaos and was ringing the bell crazily in the hope the whole nutty scene would stop but then Mortismere appeared and took the bell from him and proceeded to smash Charon with it. Kizmat and Mortismere only seemed interested in beating the life out of Charon but didn't seem to be able to see what was happening to Dylan. Charon watched helplessly as Seer chanted words, words that sounded very familiar, words she'd heard as a child many times but in the intervening years had forgotten.

She suddenly realised that they couldn't see what she was seeing, Seer was using a type of spell to mask what he was doing but he'd known Charon would be able to see because she'd heard the words before. To everyone else Dylan was simply staring at thin air chanting to himself, that was until Kizmat decided to smack Dylan in the back of the head with a chair as well. Charon coughed up blood onto the canvas, she could hear Seer cussing and she saw the Eva's disappear with Crimson. Kizmat was sent flying with inhuman strength by Dylan, aided by Seer using some sort of spell.

Charon lay there bleeding heavily as Seer disappeared back into the vortex, she watched Dylan until she passed out.
