Details to the last....
Much to even Charon's surprise- she confirmed what she suspected for the longest time... that there was a connection between Darkgeist and The Reverend- but what kind of a connection? But what was even more puzzling was that the Knight did not save Reverend- but provided a mysterious message... to Remember.
As the camera man focused more and more on the facial expressions of the two individuals in that very ring- Charon, with her feet on Jones' back and a nailgun placed direct on his head- demanded that he spill the beans.... with defiance, Reverend Jones refused... the scene continues.....
Charon Death: Jonsy.... you have one last chance!! I want to know, HOW DO YOU DESTROY THE KNIGHT! HOW DO YOU BREAK THE MIRROR!!!
The mentioning of a mirror made Reverend laugh hysterically.... apparently that lil reference was amusing to him but it only made Charon grow even more impatient and with that- she DROVE THE HILT OF THE NAILGUN DOWN HARD ACROSS HIS FACE CAUSING HIM TO SPAT OUT BLOOD AND A LOOSE TOOTH!!! The Reverend coughed blood and looked up to her....
Reverend Jones: Aacck.... you KNOW you didn't have to do that!!! The Knight you say. Why a mirror has two sides does it not? Why even a sinful harlequin like yourself knows by now that a simple act of forgiveness can shatter the darkness!!
As if a light bulb inside of Charon turned on... she backed up with the nailgun still pointed at the Reverend....
Charon Death: Of course!!! that's it. Haaaa how pathetic can Mortis really be? The armor. The armor is the mirror!!
The Reverend gulped his own blood and was just about to slither out of the ring when Charon shot at his leg causing a nail to pierce through his clothes, skin, bone and protrude out on the other end!
Charon Death: You're wondering how I figured it out? You can call me crazy all you like- but I made contact with the other side. My father mentioned that his spirit holds his regrets- Mortis knew that the only way to ever fully control my father was to contain his regrets for killing Julie even though it was actually Dark Sincentius. That armor- that armor not only allowed for Spade's spirit to exist in our physical world but concealed his spirit in darkness. An act of forgiveness I dear say Reverend. You're sounding more and more like a Death family member every minute [Jones' eyes bulged]
Reverend Jones: Let me go.... and I'll tell you the rest. [Charon lowered her nailgun] The Armor has a key, but it's been lost since the beginning of the CWF days.... a staff. A Staff of Mortis to be exact. Where it is.... follow the breadcrumbs. I have nothing else to offer to a sinner.
The Reverend rolled and leaped out and at the same time, the refs came swarming in along with Alex to assess Charon's injuries....
