Charon shook her head, the second shot from the chair although hard was nowhere near as hard as the one she had taken from Spade earlier. She stared hard at Gojinn, who held up his hands and backed away far enough for her satisfaction.

"What the fuck was that for you moron?"

Gojinn grinned.

"Just making my job easier in the long run."

He backed away further and seemed content to let the carnage run its course....for the time being anyway. Charon now turned her attention to Spade who also had blood pouring from an injury to the side of his head. She plodded over to him and hauled him to his feet, his head was lolling as though only partly aware of what was going on but Charon could see that he was faking so he could play for recovery time. His head rolled forwards onto her shoulder and she whispered urgently to him before he started beating on her again.

"Chaos is in the ring, we need to get him out and for the here and now we need to work together until he is gone. Do you understand what I mean by gone?"

There was an imperceptible nod from Spade. Charon knew exactly what they needed to do to bring the match back on track and it certainly didn't include Chaos. She hauled Spade along as though leading an insubordinate child by the ear. She rolled over the guard rail and half hauled and half helped Spade over after her. She made some half hearted attempts to punch Spade on the way to the rear of the ring behind Chaos and he simply let his arms loll in a dead, half conscious way. She heard him whisper.

"Roll me in the ring, I am gonna hit that little upstart with his own hammer!"

Charon rolled Spade into the ring, Chaos turned to look but the problem was that there were two people to look for in a ring full of dead, rotting corpses. Spade staggered towards Chaos as though drunk and half lunged at him him causing him to stand from the chair which left him without chair or hammer. Charon had ducked in behind and grabbed the hammer and the chair, she threw Spade the hammer who miraculously seemed to come alive in a dizzying blur of speed, catching the hammer as deftly as he might a dead weight flying at him. Charon had the chair in hand and Chaos was now in a very dangerous position. Spade advanced on him, Chaos took a step back but then realised Charon was stood behind him grinning. Spade hissed at him.

"You have one chance to leave before I cripple you with your own weapon, you have no right to interfere in this match."

Spades eyes were dark as he threw a look at Charon who's eyes were just as dark. She knew what he was going to do before he even did it. Spade swung the hammer at Chaos who moved out of the way in time to get hit hard in the back of the head by the chair that Charon was swinging. He crashed to the canvas face first and Charon grinned.

"What do you reckon? Toss me the sickle lets see if there's any gold inside!"

Just for the moment Spade and Charon were simply family having a bit of a squabble over a toy and Spade laughed appreciating the joke. Truth was neither were actually sure where the sickle was any more. Security guards now came running down the rampway and looked up into the ring, noses wrinkled in disgust. They refused to enter the ring, so Charon and Spade kicked Chaos to the edge under the ropes. They made sure he was nicely covered in brain matter and intestine goo as the security guards handcuffed him and hauled him away. Spade still had the hammer and Charon was still holding the chair and it was a wonder that either was still even standing. Charon was distracted just for a second when Gojinn yelled something at her and Spade hit her in the back with the hammer, then all hell really did break loose....

(ooc) Chaos please stay out of this thread, you are damaging a storyline that had been plotted in advance. Technically this is a closed thread to everyone except Spade, Charon, Gojinn and Serin. PS. You can have your hammer back when we're finished!
