Charon looked desperately round for the ring ropes but they weren't even in the ring any more, having dropped to the floor outside. Gojinn sat even harder down on her back, she knew he wasn't going to let her out of this unless she tapped out. She would never give him that satisfaction, he would have to kill her first but she figured that's exactly what he would be aiming for.

The plus side was that her arms were free, although, her back was now threatening to literally snap. Her face was contorted in both pain and concentration. She inched her hand toward a concealed pocket mid way between her armpit and waist, Gojinn felt the movement and cinched the move tighter and moving her arm away from where she wanted it to be. She screwed up her full concentration and played the move through in her mind before focussing.

The movement was quick and fluid. She had the small razor blade in her hand and she rammed it with the strength she had left, into the front and side of Gojinn's leg, dragging it hard through his flesh. The shock of the sudden pain in his leg forced him to break the hold and Charon rolled onto her side, waiting for the pain in her back to subside enough for her to attempt to stand up. She still had the blade in her hand and shoved it down the side of her boot.

Gojinn had gone quickly from shock to anger as blood poured from the wound she'd gashed into his leg. He looked at her and she grinned. At that point he knew he was going to have to make sure she wasn't conscious or he was going to have to literally kill her. Submission just wasn't going to happen.
