Charon held tightly to the mesh side of the cage, it was the only way she could remain upright as blood seem to stream into her eyes causing her vision to have a slightly reddish hue to it, it also slightly blinded her. She couldn't be sure but she was fairly sure she'd broken numerous ribs and punctured one of her lungs which she knew limited her time between now and when she would simply collapse and pass out. Her breathing had a weird raspy noise to it which she knew from experience wasn't overly healthy either. She battled to to clear her eyes and could just make out a blurry shape coming at her which she assumed rightly was Dylious. He grabbed her round the throat, lifted her up and literally hung her on the side of the cage. There was very little she could do, she could barely see him let alone defend herself, it was a falling piece of the cage roof which stopped her getting used as a punchbag.

The metal strut came loose and swung down hitting Dylious hard in the back of the head, it also caused the entire cage to sag inwards depositing Charon face down on the canvas. She really wanted to give in now but she wanted to see how hard Dylious would push to prove his point. From somewhere deep down she found the energy to push herself up off the canvas, she crawled to where she could just see Dylious blinking in a confused state, she flopped an arm over his chest but Dylious reacted as though someone had electrocuted him. He sat bolt upright and scooted backwards as fast as he could, Charon found it hard to breath comfortably, each intake of breath caused her an immense amount of pain and she once again pushed herself onto her hands and knees. She forced her head to look up and find the corner Dylious was now in, slowly standing and grinning all over his disgustingly evil face.

She knew what was coming, he was going to boot her in the face or some equally horrible thing which would wrack her body with intolerable pain. She watched him coming, the whole scene shifted into slow motion, somehow she twisted to the side and grabbed his leg as it came forward. She pulled it into her chest as though she wanted nothing better than to huge his leg to death. The sudden stop in momentum caused Dylious to continue through mid air while one leg was pinned and he ended up slamming hard face first into the canvas, so hard in fact, his head bounced twice. Charon couldn't capitalise, she was too weakened by the effort but the move had slowed Dylious down by concussing him and he was slow to get up again.
