Once married at the young age of 21 to Julie Dorothea. The man protected by the Death Family was exposed to an awful truth... that deep inside of his soul rested a monster. A monster prophesied to return at the last stroke of midnight once two twins of destiny are to be born. However. That unholy night... that ungodly night when Julie was chased deep inside of the dark forest and on the Death Family cemetery grounds... is where the murder happened.
The Death Family patriarchs reached the site far too late. What they found before them was the monster alright. It was Spade of Death soaked in Julie's own blood. The past sins were covered up and locked up for many generations thereafter- and Spade never knew until modern times that it was the monster within him took Julie's life.
The twins that were born from Julie survived... one was Kali Death and the other was Charon Death... the twins of destiny the Death Family called them.... but did that horrible event evoke the coming of The Dark Sincentius? Casting Spade out into the world did the Death Family.... which forever made Spade resent his family and ended up changing his name with an "en" at the end to symbolize wishing death to all of the Death family.
Spade Deathen traveled the world searching for the killer... not knowing that the killer lived inside of his own DNA. At some point in his travels- Spade Deathen came into contact with his and Julie's old family tutor, Mortismere. Happily to assist- Mortismere revealed upon to Spade the truth... that he was a Creature of the Night and that the power to seek revenge was within his grasp... but during Spade's tutelage he found that Mortismere kidnapped his daughter- a daughter he thought was dead- Charon Death and tortured her to accept the Unholy Darkness willingly!
It was all a big elaborate plan to make Spade Deathen willingly accept the Unholy Darkness to be his guide and by doing so, Lord Mortismere could evoke The Dark Sincentius and control it to take over the entire world.....
These are just but a few pages in the Death Family Chronicles... fading... with each passing day.
Present Day: Inside the Gates of Apocalypse.
The dimension that Mortismere, the completed form of Spade Deathen and Charon Death were driving them all nuts... even though Charon was the least affected due to not being touched by the Unholy Darkness- it was progressively getting to her.
Spade was stumbled over to one of the leather chairs in the study and said vertically downward abruptly... he sank his head into his hands and rubbed his hands into his hair- making it all ruffly. Raising his head upward- Spade gazed at Charon Death looking outward through the broken glass window into the dark void while clenching onto Julie's locket... that locket... there was something 'unique' about it. Spade's mind retraced the time he spent with the love of his life and instantly became emotional with tears running straight down from his eye ducts.
Spade Deathen: I... I don't think.. I can take... this ANYMOREEEEE URGGHH!!!!
Spade rose up from his seat... and hastily left the study to walk down the hallway and headed straight to the manor's large double doors... Charon noticed this as well as Mortis-- which both followed Spade into the foyer.....
Charon Death: DAD!!! listen we tried that already... we cannot get out of this place!!!!
Spade Deathen: I am not going through the doors... I am make my FUCKING OWN EXIT OUTTA THIS PLACE!!! WATCH AND YOU WILL SEEEEEEEE!!!!
Spade raises his hands and chants out-loud the forbidden sounds to summon the Dark Embrace... but, nothing. Not even a spark. His powers... where gone as so as everyone else in this godforsaken place....
Charon Death: Urgh. Look I told you... You're making yourself look like a fool standing there with your hands up like that!
MM: Uahgragwhaa haha hwhhhwwahaa
Mortismere was speaking gibberish- Charon and Spade just ignored him altogether.
Falls to his knees
Spade Deathen: I failed you... and her. It was a waste of time bringing myself together like this... I wish that we left it as is... left me to die as the DARKSPADE.... you wouldn't be here with me to rot, Charon.
Charon Death: DAD!!! snap out of it. We had no idea what to expect... you knew that the only way to end Mortismere once and for all was to cut the spirit chains. It was the only way.
The only way... the only way... but sucked nonetheless.... then at that point Charon's body fluctuated and she was phasing in and out of reality... then, the same was happening to Spade and to Mortis!!!
Spade Deathen: Whaaa... what's this?
Charon Death: Oh no... it's happening... we're being separated... we will be stuck forever in this hell hole.... time is running out!
