Charon backed off from Markus slightly, this whole thing was becoming far too chaotic and now it seemed to her that Fein and dearest Morty might actually be working together for some reason. She could hear Gray back at the mansion talking to Kali in an urgent manner.

"Gray?"

Gray answered quickly and somewhat urgently.

"Yeah, can you make it quick, we are getting mega energy feedback here and we have no idea what to do about it right now."

Charon chewed the inside of her lip.

"How do you stop a lunar eclipse?"

Gray frowned.

"Dunno that you can actually, look gotta go things are a bit nuts here."

The line went dead and Charon flipped the phone shut and shoved it back down the side of her boot. Morty was a bloody menace. She turned most of her attention back to Markus who actually did seem to be fighting his mothers control. Charon didn't really want to resort to the nailgun but she had bought it with her and she really didn't want to have to destroy Markus if she could help it but things were now getting out of hand. Markus was stood motionless for the time being, part of him trying to go after Charon and the other part fighting the control of the mother bitch. Charon slid out of the ring and reached under the apron and grabbed the nailgun from hell, she hadn't used it in awhile but if there was ever an appropriate moment to use it - it was now.

She rolled back in under the bottom rope, Markus was on the move his eyes a limelight colour, meaning mega bitch had momentarily regained control. The moment he reached for her, she ducked under his arm and fired a volley of white hot nails into the back of Markus' neck and head. He turned wildly, reaching for the back of his head and neck while at the same time trying to swipe at Charon. She sprinted clear and waited to see what effect the nails would have...
