Deadblood looked up at Darkspade and with a laugh, said, "Not as unmerciful as I am, chump!"
As Spade considered his next move to force DB into bowing, DB shot a fist up between his legs and smashed the Unholy Nuts. Rising fast while Spade was stunned, he grasped Spade's head to pull it down and drove a knee as hard as he could into Spade's face. Not releasing Spade just yet, DB delivered two more knees to his face, the final knee knocking him backwards into the turnbuckle.
They were supposed to be tag team partners later in the evening for the main event, but at that moment, DB didn't care if he ended up shattering Spade's face. The King Memorandum Trophy was his.
Stepping up to Spade, DB climbed to the middle rope before grabbing Spade by his hair and delivering a series of punches to his face, the crowd counting along to 10. When DB jumped back down, Spade stumbled out of the corner and DB set him up for the late Gojinn's own finisher, the Spinout. Spade stopped the move halfway in and shoved DB forward. As DB turned back around to face the Absolute Undisputed Champion, he was met with a Gothicrusher.
As Darkspade hoped, the powerful spear was enough to knock Deadblood to the outside. He only went through the middle and top rope though, preventing an elimination. Letting out a scream of frustration, Spade moved towards to ring ropes to see where DB landed.
"Rise and return to this ring for your elimination or forfeit!" Spade demanded as DB slowly began getting back to his feet. "I care not which!"
When DB was to his feet, he surprised Spade by leaping up and grabbing his head again, pulling his throat down across the top rope with a hangman. As Spade fell backwards, grasping his neck and struggling to breath, DB rolled back into the ring.
